As one of the contractors awarded the St. Johns County (FL) School District pressure washing contract, we've been working hard at helping schools get ready for the new year. For the last few weekends, David has been cleaning approximately 64,000 sft of building and concrete at Pedro Menendez High School. WHOA!

Thrilled with one of our most recent projects - the Views at Baypointe in downtown St. Augustine. This three-building, four-story condo complex needed a little bit of TLC to restore it to gorgeous. We cleaned the Spanish roof tiles on all buildings and all concrete flatwork. Now, individual homeowners are now signing up for their personal patios to be cleaned.
